Working for a 4 day week.

4 Day Week Global

http://4dayweek.com
4 Day Week is a not-for-profit coalition of business leaders, community strategists, designers, and advocacy thought leaders invested in the transition to reduced working hours. 4 Day Week was established by Andrew Barnes and Charlotte Lockhart following the successful 4 day week program launched at Perpetual Guardian in 2018, which received global attention. 4 Day Week is a platform for like-minded people who are interested in supporting the idea of the four-day week as a part of the future of work. We encourage employers, employees, researchers, and governments to play their part in creating a new way of working which will improve business productivity, improve the health and wellbeing of workers, strengthen families and communities, make our workplaces more equitable, and a healthier environment.

Earthshots

The 4 Day Week campaign was built as a collaboration between the 4 Day Week Global Foundation and Earthshots, a team of experienced digital campaign leaders and experts from across the tech industry.

With its emphasis on productivity, the four-day week tackles hard issues facing our world, for example stress and the breakdown in mental health, gender equality in pay, and the environmental crisis. Four-day weeks offer significant societal benefits from relief of congested highways and public transport systems, reduction in healthcare costs, through to more harmonious families and more purposeful lives.
