Join the 4 Day Week Pilot for employers in 2022

Employers move towards a 4 day week in a number of ways, but we’re making it easy by inviting employers to pilot a four day workweek together in 2022— and providing the resources to help make the transition a success for employers, employees, and the communities they call home.

Join us for a virtual information session about the 4 Day Week Pilot

General Information Session
Thu, November 18 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM EDT

What is the 4 Day Week Pilot?
This Pilot is a coordinated, 6-month trial of the four-day working week focused on employers in the U.S. and Canada. It runs in parallel to similar pilot schemes in other countries, including the U.K., New Zealand and Ireland.

What does the Pilot involve?
To help put you and your organization in the best position to succeed, the Pilot includes:

  • Training designed and delivered by international organizations who have successfully implemented a four-day week. This will include things like virtual events, digital resources and workshops to help with common challenges, pitfalls, and misconceptions.
  • Mentoring from the pioneers and experts of the four-day week. You will be matched with one of our international mentors with the experience that best supports your unique situation.
  • Networking with other participants in the coordinated pilot, both in the U.S. and globally. This community of leaders will act as a peer-support network to share learnings and experiences.
  • Research and analysis by a team of world-class academics. Our researchers will work with you to establish relevant productivity metrics for your business, and to define what success looks like for you. These metrics will be monitored throughout the trial, with an impact assessment specific to your company produced after the trial.

While there is a general pathway for the pilot, it is flexible - we want you to be able to adapt things according to what’s happening in your world, with your employees and your organization’s specific requirements!
